Issue
The goal of BlueFolder’s paid search campaigns was to drive traffic to its website and have visitors register for a free trial of their software.
While thousands of prospects visited the free trial page, only a small percentage completed the registration process.
Strategic Solution
Clixo completely redesigned the layout and content of the free trial page to reduce cognitive disconnect, to convey better the value of the free trial, and to reduce anxiety in prospects’ minds.
Results
Before Clixo implemented the new registration page, only 4.89% of page visitors registered for the free trial. The new page converted visitors to free trails at 9.55%. BlueFolder’s leads and sales doubled immediately and have not decreased since. After the successful implementation of the new registration page, Clixo moved on to optimizing BlueFolder’s existing paid search campaigns as well as creating targeted landing pages for critical keyword categories. All of Clixo’s activities resulted in additional significant improvements to BlueFolder’s search marketing results.
