How to Calculate Your Findability Factor
The Findability Factor is an index used to assess a website’s visibility on the Internet’s top five search engines. The higher your Findability Factor, the more traffic your website should receive.
Your Findability Factor is calculated by selecting five relevant keywords for your website. You receive one point for every reference of your website on the first result page of each of the top five search engines. Each search engine is then weighted by its relative percentage of all search volume. The table below indicates the percentage of all internet searches conducted for each respective search engine.
